Browne Sanders v. Madison Square Garden, Isiah Thomas and James Dolan: Represented Anucha Browne Sanders in the high-profile sexual harassment and retaliation cases involving the New York Knicks. Accounts of the case can be found on our media page.
Butler & O'Brien v. Town: Represented two waiters formerly employed by an exclusive Manhattan restaurant. The plaintiffs claimed that they were subjected to harassment based on their sexual orientation and that they were not properly paid their tips and other wages.
Gambale v. Deutsche Bank: Represented a venture capital executive in a "glass ceiling" gender discrimination matter in federal district court.
Investment Professional v. Goldman Sachs: Represented a private wealth management salesperson who sued his former firm for failure to pay earned equity compensation.
Jeffrey v. Deutsche Bank: Represented female executive who worked in the equity research division of a major investment bank. Plaintiff sued in federal court for sex discrimination and retaliation.
Kartiganer v. CBS: Represented former Senior Producer of 60 Minutes who asserted claims of defamation and age discrimination arising out of the company's response to so-called "Memogate" controversy.
Kuo v. Computer Associates: Represented software executive in federal court case brought under the Family and Medical Leave Act against his former employer.
Misenheimer v. Fleishman-Hillard: Represented a public relations executive in federal court action brought under the disability discrimination laws.
Stern v. Pfizer: Represented a physician who was improperly denied enhanced severance benefits under a severance plan applicable to Warner-Lambert employees following that company's acquisition by Pfizer.
